Join us for our first ever retreat! Meet other members, share your love for reading, and try your luck at one of our giveaways. Attendees should purchase their event ticket(s) FIRST before reserving their hotel room.

Event schedule:

Friday August 29 - Evening Welcome Reception 

Saturday August 30 - All day event 

Sunday August 31 - Morning farewell event and giveaways 

Our host is DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC Crystal City. Our group rate is available until 21 days before the event. Hotel room cancellations are subject to the hotels policies at the time of booking.


Inclusions: your ticket includes entry into the event, event materials, giveaways, and lunch on Saturday. 

Disclaimers: the event is for ticketed guests only. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted into the event. Childcare is not provided. Additional outings on Saturday or Sunday will be a separate cost. Registration tickets are non-refundable. Registration tickets can be transferred. If transferring a ticket to another member, the event organizer must be notified of the transfer. Ticket sales are being processed by TravelFanStore.com.
